Aromapsychology, made personal
A short scent quiz, a personal aroma profile, and a small daily ritual to answer what you're feeling — with scent.
"Your body is always signaling. Sentessa helps you read it — and answer it with scent."
— the idea behind Sentessa
Why we exist
Most of us move through the day a little disconnected from what we're actually feeling — busy enough to override the signal, until it shows up somewhere we can't ignore anymore.
We built Sentessa because we believe there's a gentler way to notice. Scent doesn't ask you to explain yourself or have the right words ready. It bypasses the part of you that's already decided what you should be feeling, and gets a little closer to what's actually there.
That's the space Sentessa lives in — not therapy, not a diagnosis. Just a quiet, daily way back to yourself.
How it works
A two-minute check-in with yourself, translated into scent.
A short, feeling-first quiz — no right answers, just what's true for you right now.
Your personal Sensography: the emotional themes showing up for you, translated into oils.
A simple daily blend and ritual built around what you're actually working through.
Your result
Every profile turns what came up for you into a personal read on where you are right now, and a small ritual built to meet it.
Your Sensography
Steady, a little tired of holding everything together, ready to soften.

Behind Sentessa
"I've spent years living between countries, kitchens, and treatment rooms — training as an aromatherapist along the way, and studying vibrational therapy through color and sound. Scent turned out to be the fastest way I knew to come back to myself. Sentessa started as a question I kept asking: what would it take to feel a little more in tune with myself, every day? I built it to be the tool I wished I'd had — grounded in real tradition, not gimmick."
